    why will my gems and crystals not merge? can i merge miscarands?

    why will my gems and crystals not merge? some of them i have nearly 15 and they used upgrade when i had 4?
    also how do i merge miscarands? i have nearly 100 of them and in cabin they take up loads of space and wont join together to show i have 5 of they same etc?
